I will not be patronizing this car wash ever again. I’m so pissed, I have a brand new Acura RDX Aspec and they scratched up the black piano trim on my car when drying it with dirty towels. This should be fixed as a courtesy. On top of that I paid for the diamond wash, told them to clean the interior but not to put Armor All on it. They didn’t clean the interior at all. I had to go in and clean it myself after the wash smh. Absolutely ridiculous.

Paid for Platinum Service $25+Tax. I asked when pulling up if I can take out the items in the rear and he said they would do it. That was a lie. I found out that this package only includes exterior washing, interior vacuuming and wiping the dash. The dash still had dust, the back seat still had leaves and dirt in the middle and by the door. I don't know if was supposed to be vacuummed before or after the wash, either way it was not done very well. I showed the person at the desk, he had them vacuum the car a 2nd time and explained my package does not include wiping the center or cup holders. That's ridiculous. I would think this would be included when wiping the dash. In addition somehow my car locked with the FOB inside the car. I won't blame them but that never ever has happened. It was not a great experience. For $49.99 they will wipe the cup holders? I will not be back. 1 star for washing the exterior, 1 star for trying to resolve.

🚫 DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. This place is beyond unprofessional, rude, & careless. From the moment I pulled up, the attitude was unbelievable. One of the workers • a short guy • tried to be sneaky & cracked my hubcap right in front of me. I had literally just had it installed by professionals earlier that same day (10/22/25), so I know for a fact it wasn’t damaged before. Then he starts messing with my steering wheel & turning my wheel to cause damage to my axels like he was trying to cause more damage • until he realized I was watching him. When I told him to stop & fix what he was doing, he looked at me with pure attitude like I was the problem. The whole staff acted the same way • no accountability, no respect, & no refund. To top it off, they charged me $33 for a “full service” wash that was a complete joke. The floor mats were supposed to be power washed & dried • they tossed them back in my car soaking wet. The entire experience was disgusting & shady. Save yourself the money & the headache. This place does NOT care about your car or their customers. Go anywhere else • you’ll thank yourself later.

I received an incomplete car wash. I stopped by around 8:20pm last night for a wash on my newly purchased car! The two cleaners scrubbed the front, back, and sides of my car only. Neither of them scrubbed the roof of my car, And I can see that it was full of smudges after I parked the car when I returned home. It can be clearly seen in the pictures. I would appreciate if the business owner would resolve this issue! ***I have to update my review and bring it down from 3 stars to 1 star, because it's been almost a week, and the business owner and manager don't care if two of his employees do not scrub the roof of cars. I certainly will not be a repeat customer, and will go to another car wash where there is integrity and good customer service where they actually completely scrub every side of the car!
